My name is Andrea and I’ve been interested in organic living for a number of years. I try to use organic and environmentally friendly products whenever possible. I live in Perth and buy what I can from the local area.

Unfortunately it is not possible to find everything I need at the one place. I usually go to a number of different organic supermarkets and local fruit and vegetable markets to buy what I want. I wish there was one or two places where I could buy everything. This is why I started Buy Organic. My goal is have the latest information on organic products, and where to buy them, in one place.

This means you won’t have to go searching the web looking for what you need. The research has been done for you. Just click on the category which interests you and you will be provided with a list of sites which stock organic products and which can be delivered to Australia. I recommend Australian sites when possible but I do mention a few overseas sites when the products aren’t available locally. I provide website and product reviews to help you to find the right product for your needs.

Organic living is becoming more and more popular. Many people are concerned about the effects of chemicals and pesticides used on the food we eat, especially the effects on our children. We should be concerned as the rapid increase in cancers and other diseases is alarming. We need to think about what we are putting in our bodies as well as what we are doing to the environment.

There is a lot going on in the organic world so I will also keep you updated with the latest industry news. I will post articles on a range of topics such as organic gardening tips, why organic cotton is best, and the benefits of bamboo clothing. I will also post articles on environmental issues affecting Australia.

Although I still buy products like fruit, vegetables, meat, and dairy from local outlets, I now buy a wide range of items online. It is a quick and easy way get what you can’t find elsewhere or you can buy everything you need online if you find this convenient.

Naturally, I am unable to personally review all the products I mention on this site. If I have personally reviewed a product I will specifically mention this fact in the title of the post and/or within the post itself. If you don’t see it mentioned then it’s not a review.

I do not accept free gifts or review products because dealing with the people who send them is annoying. If I want to review something I will purchase the product myself and give a personal review. So please don’t send me anything or ask for a review.

There are no paid posts or paid reviews on this blog at this time but this may change in the future. If I do start doing paid posts I will mention that it is a paid review in the relevant post.
