Fooled by the advertising saying this store is ecofriendly etc, I purchased a Water Saver Shower Kit on-line.
A huge box arrived a week or so later, with the wrong product – a small plastic bucket – but the box it came in was stuffed full of PLASTIC PEANUTS for packaging!! If I’d known this company used such environmentally unfriendly packaging I never would have bought from them. I’ve since discovered that their communication is also extremely poor – as yet not one response to emails I’ve sent asking for clarification. I’ve had to call them to find out what was going on. And now they’ve refused to refund the money I spent on the return postage for the incorrect product they sent!! They are pushing me to accept store credit but I don’t want to deal with these people again. BUYERS BEWARE. I don’t know what its like going into the shop, but buying on-line – I don’t think so!! Never again!
hi Catherine
Are you talking about Ecopia?
I think you must be mistaken, we dont sell water saver kits, we dont pack with plastic peanuts, we used old newspaper and we use recycled cartons.
Now that is about as eco friendly as we can get.
Kind regards

Sorry to hear that Catherine. I wonder if this is a one off problem or this is typically how they deal with their customers. Either way, the poor packaging is disappointing.
Good luck getting this resolved.
John, I assume Catherine is talking about Neco, seeing as this post is about them
Hi Anrea
Sorry I’m male!
Sorry, Catherine
I cant make any further comment without being accused of blowing my own trumpet, suffice to say that a little bit of hype goes a loooong way
All the best

Hi again, John, Andrea, yes I was talking about Neco unfortunately. So far I’ve come across one other post on the net from people complaining about them. I don’t know, its such a shame when you have a bad experience with what appears to be a promising company. Their attitude with me was pretty indifferent… but the packaging was the real shock. I live in Sydney also – they have a store in Sydney, but the huge box they sent was freighted from Melbourne
Don’t worry John, your input is welcome, I was just messing with you
