Providore Organic Food

Providore in Margaret River is producing quality wines and fresh organic food using ingredients grown in their own organic garden. They are producing:

  • Coward and Black wine
  • jams
  • preserves
  • sauces
  • relishes
  • olive oil

You can buy their wine online or visit their store in Margaret River, next to the Margaret River Chocolate Factory.

The idea behind the company is to:

To grow our own chemical free gourmet vegetables and use these ingredients as a base to prepare simple, delicious food to enjoy on our verandah or take away to be savoured later.

To make the most beautiful Jams, Preserves, Sauces and Relishes using the best ingredients from our own gardens and from other premium growers.

To produce ultra premium Olive Oil and table olives from our own organic groves and to educate people about the benefits of olive oil.

To nurture a world-class small vineyard and produce fruit driven wines with complex varietal characters.

I would be interested to know what the food is like so stop by next time you’re in Margaret River and then leave a review.

This place is fantastic. We had the Prawn and Zucchini Fritters with Chilli Jam and the most amazing roasted beetroot salad with caramelised leeks and local goats cheese.

They were bringing in barrow lads of tomatoes and eggplants from their garden and we watched them making eggplant relish and pasta sauce through a huge viewing window directly into the kitchen.

The wine was awsome and the Olive oil wone two medals at the Perth Rpyal Show this year.

Thanks for the review. It sounds great. I’ll definitely stop off there next time I’m in Margaret River.

Could not believe it when we went inside. Fantastic! We purchased platter items for our evening meal that night along with wine (made staying in a hotel enjoyable). There is nothing like this in Tas. Well done and we will be back
