The Green Man Brewery is the producer of one of New Zealand’s best organic beers. It’s an award winning beer suitable for vegans and is made with:

Isinglass is a substance obtained from the swimbladders of fish and is used extensively as a processing aid in the brewing industry to accelerate the clarification of beer. Although very little isinglass remains in the beer, many people consider beers which are processed with isinglass to be unsuitable for vegetarians.

This European style Pilsner is crisp and refreshing, it has delicate lemon/citrus and floral flavours from the Hallertau hop, which is balanced by the sweet, juicy Pilsner malt. The flavours blend together during the ‘lagering’ period of a minimum of 3 weeks.
